Conveying Industry
Vibration moves the conveyed material in the desired direction
When conveying bulk goods, coneyor troughs are set in vibration by BRECON external vibrators located in opposed pairs. The vibrators generate directed vibrations which continously jog the conveyed material at an angle of approximately 30° in such a way that a chain of micro projectile movement is produced: The bulk material “flows”.
Since large oszillation displacements are desired here, vibrators with 1500 or 1000 vibrations per minute are used.
All vibrators are available for 50Hz and 60Hz main frequency and special executions (e.g. 500V) are available on request. We would be pleased to help you selecting the correct vibrator for your application.
